5000 France Condominiums

Winner of 2007 MSCA STARR Award for Best Mixed-Use Development.

5000 France is an upscale mixed-use development located at the vibrant intersection of 50th and France in Edina, Minnesota. The development features 22,500 square feet of street-level retail and three stories of luxury residential condominiums.

Retail tenants were allowed to design their own storefronts resulting in a great combination of elegance and personality at street level. The project attracted two retailers making their first appearance in the Twin Cities market, Sur La Table and Cos Bar. Other retailers include Edina Grill, R.F. Moeller Jewelers and TCF Bank.

Built to exceptional quality standards, the twenty-three condominium homes range in size from 1,600 square feet to over 3,000 square feet and feature high end finishes as well as breathtaking open spaces for entertaining.
