CATCO Parts and Service

Haugland Company provided development management services for the construction of two retail/service facilities completed for CATCO Parts and Service. One facility is located in Sioux Falls, SD and the other is located in Fargo, ND.

CATCO, originally known as Clutch and Transmission Service Inc., was founded in 1949 as a distributor of heavy duty truck clutches, transmissions, differentials and gears. Today it operates 19 retail locations and serves a wide variety of industries. The company also operates a remanufacturing facility dedicated to remanufacturing drive train products. CATCO consistently ranks among the top heavy duty truck parts distributors in the U.S. and it is the largest remanufacturer of drive train products in the upper Midwest.

CATCO utilizes the buildings and sites for office, showroom, parts supply warehouse and repair/maintenance truck bays. Both pre-cast buildings have a clear height of 20 feet and ample space on site for outside storage of trailer and truck equipment awaiting repair. The Fargo site also has a tank cleaning facility.

Haugland Company provided development management services during all phases of construction including site selection and acquisition, design, construction and financing.
