This 7,500 square foot headquarters and branch banking facility is located in Oakdale, MN.

As part of the design and construction, over 75% of the trees on this heavily wooded site were retained, and those that were removed were reclaimed to provide baseboard and furniture for the interior of the building. This effort, along with other sustainability guidelines used by the development team, allowed the building to qualify for the City of Oakdale’s “Green Building” design classification.
