Quarry Ridge Apartments

Quarry Ridge is a luxury apartment complex located in Rochester, Minnesota. Haugland Company is providing Development Management Services and Owner Representation on the construction of the second phase of the project. The three story building will contain 159 units, comprised of efficiency, one, two and three bedroom units, along with underground parking. When completed, the entire Quarry Ridge complex will provide over 300 luxury apartment units.

Construction on the $19 million dollar project started in June of 2011 and will be complete by mid-July 2012.
