| Prior to forming Haugland Company
in 1996, Gene held several senior management and executive
positions at Opus Corporation, including President of
Opus Corporation. During his twenty year tenure at Opus,
he gained extensive experience in land development, speculative
building development, governmental affairs, project financing
and asset management. He was involved in major design,
construction and development projects throughout the United
States, including the ConAgra headquarters in Omaha and
the 53-story First Bank Place in Minneapolis.
Prior to joining Opus, Gene was with
Coldwell Banker in Minneapolis where he was primarily
involved in industrial brokerage. Before entering the
real estate business, he spent ten years in the data
processing industry, including six years with IBM.

Tom Hogan
Vice President - Development

Tom has over seventeen years experience
in the commercial and corporate real estate industry,
encompassing landlord and tenant representation, corporate
services, acquisitions & dispositions, development,
strategic planning and financing.
Before joining Haugland Company, Tom
was Vice President of Acquisitions for Space Center
Inc., a privately held national real estate developer
and owner. During his tenure at Space Center, Tom’s
activities encompassed joint ventures, 1031 property
exchanges, asset management, development, corporate
sale/leaseback transactions and new business development.
Prior to joining Space Center, Tom was
Director of Corporate Services for KOLL/The Shelard
Group, where he specialized in the national tenant representation
of Minnesota based companies. Before entering the real
estate business, he spent 6 years as an Operations Manager
for a Chicago based computer power protection manufacturing
company.

Monica Stangler
Director - Marketing
& Administration

Monica has been with Haugland Company
since its inception and holds responsibilities in a
variety of areas including development management, accounting,
marketing, operations/administration and asset management.
Before joining Haugland Company, Monica
was with Opus Properties, L.L.C. in the Sales and Financing/Asset
Management department. Her activities included the creation
of marketing packages for commercial property investment
offerings and the coordination of due diligence for
properties during the sales process.
Monica has brought to the company several
years of management experience in the retail industry
and a solid educational background with a Masters Degree
in Business Administration.

Paul Reinke
Senior Director - Development

Paul has over twenty years experience
in the commercial and corporate real estate industry,
encompassing expertise in the fields of project management,
vendor negotiation/integration, estimating, management
of design/construction processes, marketing of development
and construction services, and city governance.
Before joining Haugland Company, Paul
was a National Real Estate Manager for American Express
Financial Services at their corporate headquarters in
Minneapolis. During his tenure, Paul was responsible
for design, construction, furniture and equipment, move
coordination, signage and property management for the
corporation's 250 field offices.
Prior to joining American Express Financial
Advisors, Paul was with Ryan Construction Company in
Minneapolis as a construction project manager and Weis
Builders in Rochester, where he was the Director of
Marketing for the southern Minnesota area.
