Wings Financial Federal Credit Union

Winner of 2005 NAIOP Award of Excellence for Office Build-to-Suit.

This 5,300 square foot branch office is located on a site overlooking Interstate 35E in Eagan, Minnesota.

Wings Financial Federal Credit Union was originally founded in 1938 as the Northwest Airlines Employees Credit Union. The organization changed its name in 2004 to reflect a new field of membership which includes the entire air transportation industry.

The building projects a unique historic feel of the hangers used in the early days of the air transportation industry with the barrel roof, control tower feature and extensive glass front panels resembling sliding hanger doors.

Haugland Company acted as the development manager for Wings Financial on this project.
