This 16,000 square foot office/showroom/warehouse branch facility is located in St. Cloud, Minnesota.

W.W. Grainger is the leading broad line supplier of facilities maintenance products and industrial/commercial equipment and supplies in North America and serves its customers through a network of nearly 600 branches and 17 distribution centers throughout the country.

The St. Cloud facility was the first new prototype introduced by W.W. Grainger in the United States. Haugland Company acted as the development manager for W.W. Grainger on the project.
